ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Team Member for Whitney Lewis Insurance Agency Inc., you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships in insurance and financial services.
  • Consult customers with comprehensive financial planning and insurance options.
  • Assist customers with retirement planning, investment management, and insurance needs.
  • Depending on the role, obtaining state insurance licenses may be required.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of insurance products and financial services is preferred but not always required, as training is often provided.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Strong organization.


 
Compensation: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
